LIVE: Opening Statements - TX v. Ortiz - Border Patrol Serial Killer Trial

LIVE COURT CAM - Juan David Ortiz, a former Border Patrol agent, is accused of being a serial killer in Laredo, Texas. Ortiz allegedly confessed to killing four women but has pleaded not guilty. Opening statements begin Monday, November 28.
The deaths of Melissa Ramirez, Claudine Anne Luera, Griselda Cantu and Janelle Ortiz all occurred in and around Laredo, Texas in September 2018. All four women worked in an area of San Bernardo Avenue known as “the prostitute blocks.”
