Tuna salad salad is, to me, greater than the sum of its parts. It’s tuna salad, sure, but it’s also a salad. The best things in life are simple, and this tuna salad is deceptively simple. This version is light, it’s crunchy (thank you celery, ILY), extremely lemony, and is best eaten out of cups of iceberg lettuce with a side of heavily buttered rye toast.
