Mitch is seen escaping the flying skeleton creature. He arrives at a hotel where he saw his daughter but was unable to reach her and returns to where he began his journey. That flying monster imprisoned him in 'Purgatory.' The second story, Siren, is about three girls who are stranded somewhere. Two of them becomes target of Siren, and Sadie is shown seeing a girl in her dreams and blaming her for her death. The third story starts with the words "The accident." Sadie was also shown in Purgatory and was involved in an accident, but he attempted to save her while operating on her in the operating room of Purgatory, but she died. Lucas, another character, was released because he did not do this on purpose. The fourth story, "jailbreaker," is about a man and a woman named Sandy, who is an infernal worker. When a man with a gun approaches and inquires about his sister, she responds, "I have ended our parents, that's why I stuck here, and now I don't want to leave."
