The Christmas tree at Pioneer Square has returned to Downtown Portland and trees have been decorated in lights. Surprisingly, people are actually visiting Downtown Portland again. We begin at Pioneer Square, walk into the Pioneer Place mall and back onto the downtown Streets again. If you wear headphones or turn your volume up you can hear there are people yelling throughout the video outside.
