Oregon Supreme Court denies AG’s petition to intervene in Measure 114 case

Measure 114 will remain blocked after the Oregon Supreme Court declined to toss out a Harney County judge’s restraining order. The supreme court's order said that the Oregon Attorney General's request for a stay was "dismissed as moot."
