This is difficult for someone who prioritizes flash photography as it typically creates a lot of reflections. Here's a set of tips I use to eliminate or reduce reflections to make them easier to deal with in post production like lightroom or photoshop. The video discusses light position, feathering, modifier selection and bouncing for coping with glass as a background. Lastly it goes over positions when shooting through glass.
