My friend Aja needed a portrait taken very last minute, and I'm not much a of a portrait photographer.. I'm much more comfortable with landscape photography - but I loaded up the Aputure 300d, the Tri-8c, and my little GX85 and headed over to her house to see if we could take a good one. Turns out the 300d is a super capable light and I didn't need any kind of flash bulbs / speed lights at all, and we were able to finish the entire session (photo edited and all) in under an hour simply because I could see the photos I was trying to take without having to chimp the screen after a photo was taken with a flash.nnLearn more about the Aputure 300d: www.aputure.com/products/ls-c300d-1nnMain gear used in this photo session:nAputure 300d: bhpho.to/2FhDgZqnAputure Tri-8c: bhpho.to/2Fm9WB8nGX85: amzn.to/2Cj68wmn12-60 f2.8-f4: amzn.to/2SOdBL1nnTwitter / instagram: @tgcallawaynn-------------------------------nnMy Audio gear:n- Sennheiser MKH 416: @ amzn.to/2qNKVF2n- Mackie ProFX8v2 Mixer: @ amzn.to/2j06mOAn- Zoom H6: amzn.to/2iLb1pWnn#aputure #300d #led
