DIY: How to glitter a Northern Lights Tumbler

In this video I show the method I use for applying glitter to achieve the Northern Lights design. I did this with all glitter.nnThe steps in the video are:n1. Tape off cup and spray paint black (bottom) and navy blue (top).n2. Apply the decal for the tree line. I created this in Silhouette Studio and warped the image to fit the curve of the tumbler.n3. Apply epoxy from treeline up and be sure to go in between the trees.n4. Apply the glitter in the pattern and style you desire.n5. Remove the vinyl immediately.n6. Seal with a clear topcoat UV protective sealer.n7. Remove the taped edges (if you taped).n8.
