Everyone is breaking down the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer… like every single shot is in perfect order.
But let me tell you… that’s not what’s actually happening.
The trailer is intentionally misleading.
The scenes are placed out of order… on purpose.
They look connected… but they’re not.
And the creators did this… to stop us from figuring out the real plot.
Now here’s where it gets interesting…
According to rumors… Brand New Day takes place four years after No Way Home.
So what if… a lot of the scenes we see in the trailer… are actually flashbacks?
Think about it.
There are multiple shots where Peter is fighting villains like Boomerang… and Tarantula.
There’s even that moment… where he’s trying to stop a tank.
And in all of these scenes… you can clearly see his web shooters.
And that detail… is important.
Because it tells us… these moments happen earlier in the movie.
Most likely… as a recap of what Peter has been doing… over the past four years.
Maybe Peter is even narrating it himself…
explaining how he protected the city… fought multiple villains… and earned recognition.
He might have even received… the key to the city from the mayor.
But then… things change.
Because we also see scenes… where Spider-Man is fighting Scorpion… and The Hand.
And in those moments… he doesn’t have his web shooters.
Which could mean only one thing…
These fights happen after Peter mutates.
Yeah… something big is going to change him.
So when you really pay attention… the trailer starts to make a lot more sense.
