Lance Barton (Chris Rock) is a funny comedian whose stage fright is holding back his career. After a booed-off skit, Lance gets distracted by Sontee (Regina King), and a truck hits him while riding his bike. Since his time on Earth is not over, the angels find him a white millionaire’s body to use. With this new body, he tries to keep working on his career and win Sontee’s heart.
