If you haven’t already, subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to find out what I have in store for 2018! candelacrate.comnnDIY HAIR DYE (Part 1) nnTo make DIY hair dye, first thing you will need is a bowl. fill the bowl halfway with hot water. Then, add a spoonful of salt into the bowl. nnDIY HAIR DYE (Part 2)nnYou will also need crepe paper aka paper streamers. You can find these anywhere, they’re super cheap. Here is the link where I bought mine! amzn.to/2r5Wmvq Just drop them in the water and have them soak for about 20 minutes or so.. what happens is that the ink will slowly leak out of the paper. Some colors will come out more pigmented than others so just experiment & have fun!nnDIY HAIR DYE (Part 3)nnOnce the water is super pigmented, for those that have light to medium dark hair, you’re just gonna take a section of hair and soak it in the bowl for about 15 minutes or so, it could be different for everyone, so Just wait until the color transfers. This technique unfortunately doesn’t work for dark hair. nnDIY HAIR DYE (Part 4)nnOnce time is up, just pull the hair out of the water and you will see the results! so nice & super colorful, kinda like unicorn hair.. you can style it however u want.
