Karan, a dreaded gangster, falls in love with Kajal, the daughter of his nemesis Prof. Siddharth. After initial hesitation Kajal reciprocates Karan's advances and tries to reform him with her love. However, Prof. Siddharth forces Kajal to marry Raju, the son of his childhood friend, Ramakanth. Thus, Karan returns to his violent old days after suffering the heartbreak.
