Ukraine planning counter-offensive: Gen Jack Keane

The Ukrainian army is "preparing and planning" for a counter-offensive to begin to take back territory in the south, according to former US Army Chief of Staff General Jack Keane.
"We're going to see that unfold over the period of the next several weeks all through the summer and into the fall before the winter takes place," he told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
"That is what I project going forward over the next several weeks."
