Barbara (Lorna Tolentino) and Nick (Tonton Gutierrez) are madly in love with each other, but Barbara had to give way for her younger sister, Ruth (Dawn Zulueta). Ruth realizes during her marriage that Nick is still in love with Barbara, prompting her to take her own life. Ruth’s hatred for her sister continues in the afterlife as she haunts Barbara.
