San Jose Police Department body cam footage of a 2017 car stop that resulted in the death of Jacob Dominguez. According to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, San Jose police officer Michael Pina was justified in fatally shooting Dominguez who was suspected of participating in a drive-by shooting and gas-station robbery. Dominguez reportedly ignored officers’ repeated commands to keep his hands up.
