Suspect tries igniting San Jose gas pump, laughs before police shooting

The San Jose Police Department released a video showing an officer-involved shooting of Jose Antonio Delossantos, 32. Officers Isaac Cazarez and Michael Santana used nonlethal weapons on the suspect before shooting him twice. Delossantos survived and faces two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and attempted arson.
