if you are heading out to get you COVID vaccination shot take your yellow international certificate of vaccination or prophylaxis booklet as approved by the world health organization.
you can have your Healthcare provider stamp and mark in your booklets your shots. bring it for both rounds of vaccinations as they may not be able to back date your first shot when you come for your second.
