Sita's (Bhanupriya) father arranges her marriage with Prakash (Anand Balraj), the son of his former pupil. Prakash takes one look at her photograph and realises that Sita is the same girl who had slapped him for molesting her. He agrees to the wedding to exact revenge on her. Sita, meanwhile, blindly marries the guy chosen by her father and only realises the truth on the wedding night. It is then that her in-laws begin to torment her every chance they get. But Sita's brother-in-law, Amar (Govinda) cannot see her plight and rescues her before the family burns her alive. Amar and Sita then devise a plan to teach them all a lesson.
