Retired judge Deenanath lives a happy life with his wife and two sons, lawyer Ravi and inspector Sunil. One day Ravi brings home a poor girl Sharda, rendered homeless after her father's demise. The family likes Sharda and subsequently arranges her marriage with Ravi. But a prisoner named Jankidas arrives on their wedding day claiming to be Sharda's husband.
