Install and use Azure Function Tools for Visual Studio 2017

In this video, I show you how to install the Preview version of Azure Function Tools. This video is for the preview version and requires Visual Studio 2017 Preview 3 (sort of like a Windows Insider build) and the Azure Function Tools.
