Can the UK's cheapest Volvo 700 pass an MOT??

I was supposed to MOT the £175 Volvo 740 before lock down, but obviously couldnt and MOTs were extended but I want to know the car is safe so Im risking putting it in for a test...what haven't I found wrong with it yet...
