More than 200 million people from Washington state to Florida are under wind chill alerts thanks to a massive winter storm that's brought frigid temperatures and blizzard-like conditions, the National Weather Service said. Thousands of flights have been canceled in what experts call one of the most treacherous holiday travel seasons ever.
