World Cup 2022: France fans erupt in celebration over 2-0 semifinal victory against Morocco

Fireworks lit up the skies of various French cities including Paris on Wednesday evening and flares could be seen lighting up the ground as fans of the country's World Cup team took the final spot in the tournament's final with their 2-0 semifinal victory against Morocco.
From Nice to Paris, and Saint-Nazaire to Qatar, fans cheered and chanted "if you're not jumping, you're not French," as the final game is set to take place Sunday against Argentina, with France having the opportunity to bring home its second consecutive World Cup.
"France was great. We are in the final, this is great, we are so happy," said French fan Ness. "Go France!"
France's fans also applauded efforts by Morocco, with Helene Le Caignec calling them "superb."
