Putin Moves Donbas Troops To Kherson As Ukraine Hits Crimea | Kyiv Counter-Offensive A Smokescreen?

Russia has added up to two battalion tactical groups to its southern forces, taking the number of total troops in the region to 20000. Moscow had about 10 to 15 battalion tactical groups around Kherson, but has now doubled the number. Some experts say Ukraine has lost its small window of opportunity to strike the Russians in the south. However, other analysts say Kyiv’s promise of a counter-attack was part of a ‘smokescreen’ strategy.
